2026 Registration NOW OPEN for Board Members and Key Volunteers!!

Please Note:  This year, we will require ALL Board Members and Key Volunteers to complete a registration form.   It will help us manage and maintain the Calgary Police Service Police Information Check (PIC) that we now require from all Board Members and Key Volunteers aged 18 or older.  Thank you for your understanding!


What do you need to register?

  1. Photograph of your Government-issued photo ID.
  2. Calgary Police Service - Police Information Check. (UPDATED - JAN 12, 2022
    • If you have a current PIC in the Calgary Police Information Check System, you will need to ensure you have enabled Centennial Little League Access to your PIC.  Please NOTE - PIC's are now only valid for a period of 12 Months!  Due to the change in the Calgary Police System, we will NO LONGER be accepting Digital Copies of your PIC's.
    • If you DO NOT have a current PIC, you can still register BUT you will need to get it completed before we can assign you to a team.  Please email the Administrator and we will provide you with the information on how to get your PIC from the Calgary Police Service at no cost.   PIC's are now valid for a period of 12 months, and they MUST be valid for the entire season.  You can register without a current PIC, but you will need to update it before we assign you to a team.
  3. In the TeamLinkt software, please make certain that when you register as a Board Member or Key Volunteer, you add yourself as the Registrant (and not your kids). You may need to add yourself as a Family Member to your account if you have never used it before.

Volunteer Opportunities & Point Values

Centennial Little League is proudly volunteer-run. The success of our season depends on families stepping up to help support our players, coaches, and league operations. Below are the available volunteer opportunities and corresponding point values that count toward your seasonal volunteer requirement.

Head Coach — 12 Points per Season

Head Coaches dedicate significant time to player development, practices, games, and team communication throughout the season. In recognition of this commitment, Head Coaches receive 12 volunteer points.

Team Manager — 12 Points per Season

Team Managers assist with scheduling, communication, coordination, and overall team organization throughout the season and receive 12 volunteer points.

League Coordinators — Points Vary

League Coordinators assist with division-wide organization, scheduling support, communication, and league operations. Point allocations will be assigned based on role responsibilities and time commitment.

Diamond Prep — 2 Points per Game

Assist with preparing the field before games and practices. Duties may include raking the infield, chalking lines, setting bases, and helping ensure the diamond is game-ready.

Scorekeeping or Pitch Counting — 2 Points per Game

Help support game operations by tracking the scorebook or monitoring pitch counts during games. No prior experience is necessary — guidance can be provided.

Umpire Advocate / Game Coordinator — 2 Points per Game

Support a positive and respectful game environment by assisting with communication and helping ensure players, coaches, parents, and spectators uphold Centennial Little League’s standards of sportsmanship.

Jersey Parent — 3 Points per Season

Assist the team by collecting, washing, and returning team uniforms at the end of the season before they are handed back to the league.

Practice/Game Helper with PIC — 2 Points per Event

(T-Ball and Rookie Divisions Only)
Assist coaches during practices or games by helping manage drills, player rotations, or on-field support under the direction of the Person in Charge (PIC).

Casino Volunteer Nights — 1/3 of Seasonal Volunteer Requirement

Families who volunteer during Centennial Little League’s assigned casino nights will receive credit for one-third of their required seasonal volunteer points. These events are critical fundraising opportunities that help keep league fees affordable.

Photo Day Volunteers — 1/3 of Seasonal Volunteer Requirement

Families assisting with league photo day operations will receive credit for one-third of their required seasonal volunteer points. Duties may include organizing teams, assisting photographers, and helping maintain scheduling flow.

Please note: Families who do not fulfill their required volunteer commitments during the season, and who have not selected the Volunteer Opt-Out option at registration, may be subject to a volunteer fee charge ranging from $100–$200, depending on division and outstanding requirements.
