Centennial Little League and ChangeUp Baseball Academy are excited to announce our 2023 Spring Training Camps!

These camps are a great tune up before the 2023 Season.  

Registration Opens December 1st

• Minors 
  • Mondays March 6, 13, 20 & 27th  6:00pm to 7:25pm
  • Tuesdays March 7,14,21,& 28th  6:00pm to 7:25pm
  • Wednesdays March 8,15,22 & 29th. 6:00pm to 7:25pm
• Majors
  • Mondays March 6, 13, 20 & 27th  7:30pm - 8:55pm
  • Tuesdays March 7,14,21,& 28th  7:30pm to 8:55pm
• NEW All-Girls (Minors and Majors Age Groups)
  • Thursday March 9, 16, 23 & 30th  6:00pm to 7:25pm
• Juniors/Seniors
  • Wednesdays March 8,15,22 & 29th. 7:30pm to 8:55pm
  • Thursday March 9, 16, 23 & 30th  7:30pm to 8:55pm

**Note 10 Players Maximum per session!!!!

1. Week: Throwing
- Dynamic warmup (stretch)
- Throwing progression (Glove tuck drill)
- Playing catch(working on throwing mechanics, chest to target, reach out front, glove tuck, finish back
pocket)
- Good, perfect throwing drill (fun game)
2. Week: Fielding(Infield)
- Dynamic warmup (stretch)
- Play catch
- Ready position (talk about how this looks, glove down, balls of feet, stick vs funnel)
- Footwork drills
- Ground balls (working on foot and glove work)
3. Week: Hitting:
- Dynamic warmup (stretch)
- Tee work (breaking down swing mechanics
- Wiffle ball soft toss plus how to avoid being hit by pitch
- Live front toss
4. Week: Fielding/Hitting
- Dynamic warmup (stretch)
- Play catch
- Ground/fly balls (foot and glove work)
- Live BP/front toss
- Final night preparing athletes for their season
