The following is a policy and procedure on volunteer positions is required and accepted by Centennial Little League (CLL). The procedures listed below are MANDATORY for all Coach and Assistant Coach Volunteers who work with youth and children at Centennial Little League (CLL).
Application Form
Reference checks and Interview by Board of Directors if required
Vulnerable Sector Police Information Check:
Police Information Check must be received before application is accepted
Police Information Check must be stored securely
Training:
Training will be provided by CLL
Required attendance at scheduled training programs
Approval process - The person applying for the volunteer position will be approved upon completion of the following conditions:
Completed application form
If completed reference checks are done and on file
A copy of the Vulnerable Sector Police Information Form is received and on file
The training has been completed by the volunteer with the Development team
Storage of records and confidential information:
The storage of records and confidential information is to be stored at the administration office in a limited access (locked) location
